How do I upgrade to Premium?
Click the "Upgrade" button in the extension or visit the Chrome Web Store page. Premium is a one-time purchase of $9.99 with lifetime access to all premium features.
Is my data safe?
Yes! All your data stays on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or store any of your information on external servers. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I save a workspace?
Click "New Workspace" in the workspace bar, give it a name, and your current tabs will be saved. You can load it anytime to restore all tabs.
What does "Suspend" do?
Suspending tabs frees up memory by unloading inactive tabs from RAM while keeping them in your tab bar. Click on a suspended tab to reload it instantly.
Can I sync across devices?
Currently, all data is stored locally. Cloud sync is planned as a future premium feature with end-to-end encryption.
How do I export my tabs?
Premium users can click the Export button or press Ctrl+E to download all tabs and workspaces as a JSON file.
The extension isn't working properly
Try these steps: 1) Refresh the page, 2) Restart Chrome, 3) Check for extension updates, 4) Reinstall the extension. If issues persist, contact support.
How do I delete a workspace?
Right-click on a workspace (coming soon) or go to extension settings to manage your saved workspaces.
Troubleshooting
Extension icon not visible
Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin Tab Manager Pro.
Tabs not grouping
Make sure you have Chrome version 89 or higher. Tab groups are not available in older versions.
High memory usage
Use the Suspend feature to free up RAM from inactive tabs.
Search not working
Make sure the extension has permission to access tab information in Chrome settings.
